Caserecce is a pasta from Sicilian durum wheat wholemeal flour, from organic farming, bronze drawn and slowly dried. Daisy wheat is rich in proteins, has a low gluten index and is more digestible than the classic white flour. Its grinding is done by stone, respecting tradition.
